Conclusiones de los autores De acuerdo con los resultados de esta revisión, no es posible recomendar la introducción de la amniotomía sistemática co-mo parte del tratamiento y el cuidado durante el trabajo de parto. Se recomienda que las pruebas presentadas en esta re-visión estén disponibles para las mujeres a quienes se les ofrece la amniotomía, y podrían resultar útiles como base parala discusión, y para las decisiones tomadas entre las pacientes y los cuidadores.
