4. PLASTIC CORE BOXES

Heavy duty type, light weight core boxes are designed for the storage and the carriage of core samples. The special core boxes are made of polypropylene. For the case of usage and storage under direct sunlight, boxes are strengthened against UV with special additives. They can be used in rough climate conditions between +50◦ C to - 35◦ C. Jeoges Core boxes are made in three different sizes. Movement of the core samples during transport is prevented with the rigid seperators. Drill hole and interval information is easily stamped or printed on the boxes. Jeoges core boxes can be used with or without lids. Lids lock the box by itself. Core boxes can be handled by one single person easily. It is ideal for the places where access is limited. The lid is common for all sizes.

Specifications For PHPA:

POLYMER MIXING To obtain homogeneous solution, efficient dispersion is necessary. The

most convenient method of dispersing these products is with a polymer

eductor or a commercially available dry powder feeder unit. Solution

should be made up at 0.1-0.3% solid. Make-up water temperature

should be between 10℃ and 40℃ for optimum product performance.

Following dispersion into agitated water, stirring should continue for

about an hour to ensure complete dissolution. Stirring maybe carried out

by propeller type stirrer with a speed of 200-500 rpm. It is

recommended to have both a stock make-up tank and a solution holding

tank for dosage into the system. The above recommended anionic

solution concentration are stable for up to one week. Aluminum, zinc,

copper, or iron should be avoided in make-up system.

RIG REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM (RRMS) - UZAKTAN

MAKİNA İZLEME SİSTEMİ is an electronic system which is

developed by Jeoges Makina Ve Sondaj Ekipmanları San. ve Tic. LTD

ŞTİ and Mikrodizayn Elektronik San.ve Tic. LTD ŞTİ, a company which is

active in remote monitoring system, tracking, telemetry and Scada

systems, and is also designing ve producing local electronical devices

since 2007. RRMS is tested thoroughly in the field and can be adjusted

for all kinds of drilling machines

It is a well known fact that, with regards to machine fuels, chemical oils

and other drilling equipmenti, time spent on other than the drilling and

sample gathering processes is not tracked adequately; and this causes

loss in profits. In order to minimize the time and expenditure costs and

also to track all these instantly, a real-time GPRS tracking line is going to

be established fort he drilling equipment located in the field. The dta

from the pas is going to be stored and detailed reports shall be

established.

SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS

1. RIG REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM (RRMS) is composed of various

sensors, server and tracking software.

2. with the GPS feature, the coordinates of the machines are tracked and

located on the map.

3. GPRS device is connected to the tracking software and sends the data

about the drilling equipments to the database with a specified

communication period (between 10 minutes and 24 hours).

4. With the WEB access service, it is possible to monitor all the data with

a cellphone or a personal computer, without the need to be present in

the office.

5. The system minimizes the risk of oil leakages, wrong equipment or

machine usage, personal mistakes and misprison.

6. As the daily, monthly and annual statistical consumption data is

stored, it is possible to determine the loss, leakage and annual

estimates.

The sensor which measures the water pressure. It transmits the data taken from the clock on the panel. There is a different sensor used for every gauge.

Discharge sensor (300 lt/dk)

It reads the hydrolic oil in liters/minute that runs through unit diameter and send the data to the monitoring center for the systems that has an oil transition up to 300 bars. There is a seperate discharge sensor used for every oil line.

Discharge sensor (100 lt/dk)

It reads the hydrolic oil in liters/minute that runs through unit diameter and send the data to the monitoring center for the systems that has an oil transition up to 100 bars. There is a seperate discharge sensor used for every oil line.

Motor Rotation sensor

It is the sensor that measures the motor rotation speed in RPM and transmits the data to the monitoring center. Normal values are identified; warning messages are transmitted whenever abnormal values occur.

Hyrodlic Oil Temperature Sensor (-50˚_+130˚)

It is placed inside the hydrolic tank. It measures the oil temperature and transmits is to the monitoring center. warning messages are transmitted whenever abnormal values occur

Motor Temperature Sensor
