IDBanking online system Registration and Synchronization Guide

Description

The new IDBanking online system gives Idram and IDBank customers access to a single platform in which each of the two companies offers its services. To access the unified platform you need to go through certain phases of registration, identification and synchronization. If you enter the Online-Banking System both through Idram’s and IDBank’s Idram website, the System will offer the customer an opportunity to use the new Online-Banking, passing through the registration and synchronization stages.

The current version of Online-Banking will also be available temporarily.

Registration and Synchronization Stages according to the status of customers

The person is a customer of both IDBank and Idram

Login to the System In this case, in order to login to the System the customer must follow the System Instructions.

You need to fill in:

Mobile number Idram password

After this, the customer’s personal page opens. In order to see the Bank’s and Idram’s data, the customer should pass the synchronization process.

Synchronization Customer passes through this process only the first time. When you access the System, Idram and IDBank accounts as well as personal data are synchronized.

You need to choose , from the right corner. The next step is choosing the field “Synchronization” from the opened list and following the instructions of the System.


Email address (if there is no email registered in any of the Systems (Idram or IDBank)).

After registering the email in the necessary field, a synchronization code will be sent to this email, which you need to fill in to the System and follow the further instructions.

Social card number(if required by the System). The Bank’s password (the password mentioned in the Bank by the customer) Personal six-digit PIN code registered in Idram System

Entering the personal PIN code registered in the Idram System, the customer goes through the synchronization process and sees both IDBank and Idram data: accounts, deposits, credits, attached cards as well as gets access to all the services offered by 2 companies.

The person is a customer of only IDBank

Log into the System

In this case in order to use the service, the customer should become Idram’s customer.

It is necessary to fill in the following data:

Mobile number, which is registered in the Bank Password, which is created by the customer SMS code (the System generates an identification code and sends it via sms to the mobile

number mentioned in the System)

After all this, the customer's personal page opens. The System recommends creating a six-digit PIN code and then reconfirm it. Idram wallet is formed. The PIN code will be required to confirm future transactions.

Synchronization

In order to see the Bank and Idram data, the customer must pass through synchronization process.

You need to choose , from the right corner, then from the opened list choose “Synchronization” and follow the further instructions.


Email address (if there is no email registered in the System). After registering the email in the necessary field, a synchronization code will be sent to this email, which you need to fill in to the System and follow the further instructions.

Social card number Password registered in the Bank (this is the password mentioned in the Bank by the

customer)

PIN code of Idram System (PIN code registered in the System by the customer)

After all click on the "Ok" button. The customer's home page opens with the appropriate information - accounts, cards, wallet-related cards, loans and more.
