Cummings works on commercial construction projects in Vermont, New Hampshire and western Massachusetts. We are a Construction Management company endeavoring to develop long term relationships with owners. We are currently looking to add an experienced Construction MEP Coordinator to our Woodsville, NH office. Experience/Education § BS or Associate’s Degree in Engineering or relevant experience § 3 to 7 years experience with MEP coordination Knowledge § Strong communication and technical skills § Work well with a team § Knowledge of and proficiency with Prolog Manager, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, On Screen Take-Off and AutoCAD Responsibilities § Estimate MEP systems § Coordinate MEP subcontractors and systems § Coordinate subcontractor close-out and as-built information § Review onsite work to verify project compliance We offer: *Competitive pay *Healthcare *Travel pay *Sick days *Vacation time *401(k) *Bonuses *A good working environment HP Cummings is an EOE.
