• 2nd breakfast: tube with a puff pastry with pudding, tea

• Dinner: broth, potatoes, cucumber salad, grilled chicken, fruit compote

• Tea: salad with fruits

• Supper : a slice of cheesecake

Dumplings• 1 kg of boiled potatoes

6 grams of potato flour4 grams of wheat flour2 eggs

• Salt

Put warm potatoes on pastry board and add potato starch and flourand, eggs and a pinch of salt. Form small dumplings from dough, and make a little hole in each. Boil prepared dumplings in salty water for 3 minutes. Serve with sauce as an addition to meat, or as a dish itself.

Greek salad• 3 tomatoes

Half a kilo of chinese cabbage1 cucumber1 red onion1 pepper20 decagrams of black and green olivesFeta cheese pack

• Salt, pepper and Greek salad dressing

Cut all of the ingredients into cubes, and toss them into a bowl. Then add salt, pepper and sauce. Leave it in cooler place for 2 hours. Serve cold.

Fruit salad with sprouts• 2 oranges - peeled and cubed

1 large bunch of red grapes1 kiwi fruit - peeled and cubed1 cup of Mung bean sproutshalf a cup of sunflower sprouts

Good advice

We think that the best solution is to open more of the milk bars and

canteens with healthy food. This would reduce the shocking number of

obese adolescents in Europe, and worldwide, too.
