Place mango, 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons water, and lime rind in a blender; process until smooth, stirring occasionally. Divide mango mixture into each of 4 serving glasses; place glasses in freezer. 2. Place 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, kiwi, and rest of the ingredients in blender; process until smooth. spoon green kiwi mixture onto mango mixture in the glasses, working carefully around inside of each glass to create a clean horizontal line. Raspberry Peach Smoothie Servings: 2 Prep time: 5-7 minutes -2 cups water -2 cups cashews, soaked 4-8 hours, discard soaking water -1 cup raspberries (frozen) -1 cup peaches (frozen) -2 tablespoon agave nectar -1 tablespoon vanilla extract -4 ice cubes (if you want it colder) Preparation: 1. Place cashews and water in a blender and process on high speed until creamy, (about 1 minute) 2. Add raspberries, peaches, agave and vanilla and blend until smooth 3. Blend in ice cubes if desired 4.
