GOVERNMENT OFFICER TERM

MEMBERSHIP

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Scheme is open to all employees of the civil service. They

must obtain their head of department’s recommendation to support

the application.

2. MEMBERSHIP STATUS

(a) Government Officers accepted by the Club under the

Government Officer Term Membership shall be registered

under the Club’s Term membership register for the duration

of One (1) year. He / She shall have the right to enjoy the use

of Club’s facilities and he/she shall abide to the rules

regulations, terms and conditions governing the Club’s Term

Membership apply.

(b) Subscription fee of RM1, 272.00 (inclusive of 6% Good and

Service Tax) shall be paid within 7 days upon approval of the

Membership. The said subscription fee shall be set-off

against all amounts owing to the Club upon termination and /

or expiration of the term membership. The applicant shall be

approved as a member of Damai Golf & Country Club Berhad

and shall be issued a membership card.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEE AND CHARGES

(a) Subscription Fee of RM1, 272.00 (inclusive of 6% Good and

Service Tax) shall be paid upon submission of the

application.

4. DURATION

Term membership is for a period of one year and may be renewed.

GOVERNMENT PENSIONER TERM

MEMBERSHIP


1. ELIGIBILITY The Government Pensioner Term Membership is open to all Government Pensioner, aged 60 years old and above. o Please enclose a photo-copy of the Pensioner’s card

together with the completed form, upon submission.

2. MEMBERSHIP STATUS (c) Successful members accepted by the Club under the

Government Pensioner Term Membership will be registered under the Club’s Term membership registrar, for the duration of One (1) year and will be issued with a membership card.

(d) He / She will enjoys the privileges of the Club’s facilities and abide by the rules and regulations governing the Club’s Term Membership.

Membership fee amounting to RM960.00, is to be made payable to Damai Golf & Country Club, within a seven days grace period upon approval of the Government Pensioner Term Membership, otherwise it will not be valid and a new application form will need to be submitted. (e) The said membership fee will be used to off-set for any

out-standing amount owing to the Club upon expiry or termination of the term membership.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEE AND CHARGES Membership fee amounting to RM960.00, is to be made payable to Damai Golf & Country Club, upon submission of the Government Pensioner Term Membership application.

4. DURATION The duration of the Government Pensioner Term membership is for a period of one year and subject to renewal, upon the discretion of the Management of Damai Golf & Country Club.

PACKAGE FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE

CORPORATE AND PRIVATE SECTOR.

In line with our aspirations and vision to make Damai Golf & Country

Club the favorite golfing destination for all golf enthusiasts we are

pleased to announce the launching of an attractive, affordable and

hassle free yearly term membership package open to all employees of

the corporate and private sector.

Under this package, the member gets to enjoy the following rights and

privileges:-

1. Play unlimited rounds of golf at Damai Golf & Country Club

for as long as the membership is valid.

2. Free access to clubhouse facilities such as Members

Changing Room, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court and Driving

Range.

3. An automatic 20% discount on all items on sale at the club’s

pro shop.

Membership Package Terms & Conditions

1. Subject to the club receiving an upfront payment of

RM2600.00 (Ringgit Two Thousand Six Hundred Only)

being the membership and subscription fee payable for one

calendar year.

2. This membership does not include insurance and as such

members are advised to take up their own golf insurance.

3. The membership is valid for one calendar year only and is

renewable at the discretion of the management of DGCC.

4. Membership will only be renewed upon receipt of the sum

required to renew the membership.



CORPORATE /PRIVATE SECTOR TERM

MEMBERSHIP


1. ELIGIBILITY

The Corporate/Private Sector Term Membership is open to all working or self employed individuals of the corporate and private sector.

Documentary proof

Employees of Corporate/Private Sector – Letter of introduction from employer

Self Employed – Photocopy of Company/Business Registration Certificate

Please enclose the documents together with the completed application forms upon submission.

2. MEMBERSHIP STATUS

(a) Successful applications accepted by the Club under the Corporate/Private Sector Term Membership will be registered under the club’s Term Membership Registrar for a duration of one (1) year and will be issued with a membership card.

(b) As a member, he/she will enjoy the same privileges as that of ordinary life members in terms of access to and usage of clubhouse facilities and shall abide by the rules and regulations governing the club’s term membership.

An annual membership fee amounting to RM2,600.00 is to be made payable to Damai Golf & Country Club within a seven day grace period upon approval of the Corporate/Private Sector Term Membership package otherwise it will be rendered invalid and a new application form will need to be submitted.

(c) The said membership fee will be used to offset any outstanding amount owing to the club upon expiry or termination of the Term Membership.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND CHARGES

A membership fee of RM2, 600.00 is to be made payable to Damai Golf & Country Club upon submission of the Corporate/Private Sector Term Membership application form.

4. DURATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The duration of the Corporate/Private Sector term membership is for a period of one year only and is renewable subject to the discretion of the Management of Damai Golf & Country Club,
