Offering covered parking lot using AWNINGS shade will help prevent rusting of bikes in humid weather. Hostels with covered parking provide better peace of mind for students who are already busy with many academic things on top of the their minds.
Owing to costly schemes, greater delivery times & misplacing of clothes in existing laundry service in hostels, we want to provide
fully automatic washing machines at each floor thereby encouraging self management at reduced expenses for the
students.

Our dream is to have an air-conditioned cafeteria covered with glass panel free from rains, crows and dogs where
students can enjoy a meal in peace in hygienic conditions.

Covered Parking- Protects Appearance, Safe and non rusty and Lower Insurance PremiumsWe are all aware of the damage sun can do to our bikes and how heat trapped in our vehicle can be deadly within minutes. A Permanent Shade Structure can eliminate these concerns immediately reducing the temperature in the vehicle by as much as 20. This can really make a difference to a student on a hot sweaty summer day in Mumbai.
The second constant threat to our bikes is rains and humid climate resulting in rusting. Since rusting is favoured by humid weather conditions coupled with rains, it is imperative that we are prepared. It can be horrible to watch our bike rusted within months of usage if not covered properly.
Acting on this need of the hour, we suggest offering covered parking lot using AWNINGS shade specifically in front of B-26 & B-29 Hostel buildings. Hostels with covered parking provide better peace of mind for students who are already busy with many academic things on top of the their minds.

As we are all aware that the cafeteria in the hostel area (B27) is open which means it gets wet during rains, humid due to Mumbai weather and is also an invitation to birds especially crows and dogs to feed over the leftovers.
Our dream is to have an air-conditioned cafeteria covered with glass panel free from rains, crows and dogs where students can enjoy a meal in peace in hygienic conditions.

Currently the students have to either wash the clothes themselves or else hand it over to the laundry service person who charges around Rs 350 per month with a limitation of 70 clothes.
Total time from pickup to delivery is more than 3 days which is inconvenient.Also, at times, clothes are misplaced which causes a sense of distrust in the existing system.
Our dream is to have a fully automatic washing machine on each floor of all 3 hostel buildings. This would help students on self management as well as reduced expenses. Approx. 20 machines (~ 3 Lacs)
