Cng trnh xy d\ng Khu chung c ny bao gm: Mgt sn chung v ba khyi

Ton bg cng trnh phIi khng c khuyxt t~t v v~t liTu v tay ngh.
Ton bg thixt bJ phIi ut cng su]t v cc oc tnh bc xc Jnh.
Trong th{i hun bIo hnh, b]t k khuyxt t~t no v tay ngh, bg ph~n
v/hooc v~t liTu phIi bc sa cha bng chi ph cda nh thXu NQc.
Th{i hun bIo hnh cho b]t k khuyxt t~t no cda cng trnh phIi l 12

II.2.1. Ph&m vi cng vi1c
Cng viTc ot {ng yng trong phXn ny cda bIn quy cch bao gm
8 Cung c]p, lnp ot, thz nghiTm v bn giao cc dJch vN nQc sinh
hout nh trnh by chi tixt trong cc bIn vc v quy Jnh y, v ph hbp vQi
tiu chuwn v lu~t th\c hnh cda ViTt Nam c lin quan.
8 Cung c]p v lnp ot {ng yng v cc chi tixt nyi, hy ga, van ng h
nQc v t]t cI cc thixt bJ linh tinh, mixng Tm, v~t liTu kxt nyi, ng
kim v cc g, k cI viTc sz dNng cc dNng cN v cc phng tiTn cXn thixt
cho viTc hon thnh cng trnh hbp ng mgt cch chnh xc v m mn.

HT thyng nQc sinh hout phIi bc lnp ot hon thiTn trn mi phng
diTn, ni chung phIi nh trnh by trong bIn vc.
T]t cI cc yng v v~t liTu, van, mc treo v viTc cy Jnh phIi nh
trnh by chi tixt trong bIn vc hooc quy Jnh y.
Cc van cch ly phIi bc by tr trn cc yng nhnh nh trnh by trong bIn
vc.
Cng viTc bao gm cI viTc ot {ng yng xn, v cung c]p, cc bg gnn v
nyi t]t cI cc chi tixt nyi Xu ra. T]t cI cc yng lg ra phIi bc snp

bc liTt kx nh trnh by chi tixt trong cc bIn vc i km v quy Jnh
y.
Cng viTc bao gm viTc cung c]p v lnp ot {ng yng v cc chi tixt
nyi, cc mc treo, cc gi , v t]t cI cc thixt bJ linh tinh, mixng Tm,
v~t liTu kxt nyi, ng kim v cc g, k cI viTc sz dNng cc dNng cN v cc
phng tiTn cXn thixt cho viTc hon thnh cng trnh hbp ng mgt cch chnh
xc v m mn.
Cc yng thIi v yng thng gi cda hT thyng vT sinh phIi bc m rgng t
