• Individual project values of up to £250,000

• OJEU Contract Notice anticipated August 2019

• Framework commencement is 1 April 2020

• 8 suppliers will be on the framework

• For medium size and/or specialist Civil Engineering works, including

Structures, rail infrastructure, airports, rivers, canals and coastal, flood

defences, landscaping, waste facilities, and highway infrastructure

• NEC4 Engineering Construction Contract (ECC) options A to E

• NEC4 Professional Service Contract (PSC) to be used for Early Contractor

Involvement (ECI) up to £250k

• Individual project values £50,000 to £10m

• OJEU Contract Notice anticipated July 2019

• Framework commencement 1 April 2020
