• We need to create a relationship between higher mental functions (intelligence and creativity) and achievement, personality and cognitive functioning

• Investigate the effects of creative thinking on cognitive processing and academic achiements and the effects of self-concept on creative learning

• Identify the charateristics of underachieving, dropout problem, and creative learners and found ways for them to achieve their full potential, promote assement principles, teaching and counseling strategies, research methodology that enhance creativity in learners

• Our focus will be on rural schools and public schools, subjects of interest will be Sports Science & Engineering: Maths, Science, Physics, Biology, Accounting, Mechanical and Skills training

• Promoting Strategies and Research Methodologies that enhances creativity in learners

OPTION 1 – finds a teammate already marked by a defender. This pass also would delay penetration and allow for recovery by the weak-side defenders.

OPTION 2 – finds the defender in a position to defend space.

OPTION 3 – Dribble and penetrate to goal. There is no cover for the nearest defender, creating a 1 v. 1 in the final third of the field.

Full time experienced staff that identifies talented soccer players using our test battery and evaluation protocols:

3. Specialist Coaching (PEAC)

To recruit and appoint coaches with International, National & Provincial experience that; – Are willing and able to adopt new training methodology – Understands the opportunities and challenges of our

diverse cultural backgrounds; – Understands and are committed to the transformation

charters in our country; – Have a sound knowledge of technical and tactical

coaching; – Have extreme talent, passion, love and ability to work with

people; – Understands the requirements of the different functional

and strategic roles of players in soccer; – Have the ability to identify and select the correct talent
