• We need to create a relationship between higher mental functions (intelligence and creativity) and achievement, personality and cognitive functioning

Performance Pillars

• Forms the foundation of early identification and talent selection

OPTION 1 – finds a teammate already marked by a defender. This pass also would delay penetration and allow for recovery by the weak-side defenders.

Full time experienced staff that identifies talented soccer players using our test battery and evaluation protocols:

To recruit and appoint coaches with International, National & Provincial experience that; – Are willing and able to adopt new training methodology – Understands the opportunities and challenges of our
diverse cultural backgrounds; – Understands and are committed to the transformation
charters in our country; – Have a sound knowledge of technical and tactical
coaching; – Have extreme talent, passion, love and ability to work with
people; – Understands the requirements of the different functional
and strategic roles of players in soccer; – Have the ability to identify and select the correct talent
4. Administration & Logistics Management
Forms the cornerstone for the day to day function of the Centre providing World Class Service in:
