Domestic & Industrial: v Mode of Disposal & Final meeting point Total wastewater generation will be 324
m3/day (Domestic: 75 m3/day + Industrial: 249 m3/day). The Industrial wastewater i.e. Process Water + Washing + RO Reject (100 + 50 + 50 = 200 m3/day) shall be treated in MEE and then after MEE Condensate (200 m3/day) + Domestic + Cooling Tower Make up + Boiler Blow Down (75 + 74 + 25 = 174 m3/day) i.e. Total: 374 m3/day (200 + 174) shall be treated in ETP. Part of Treated Effluent from ETP i.e. 200 m3/day shall be discharged through underground pipeline of Narmada Clean Tech Ltd. (NCTL) to deep sea (Arabian Sea) and part of treated effluent i.e. 174 m3/day shall be treated in RO system from which RO permeate i.e. 124 m3/day shall be reused in plant for Boiler water and RO reject i.e. 50 m3/day shall be treated in MEE.
vi Reuse/Recycle details (KL/day) Part of treated effluent i.e. 174 m3/day shall be treated in RO system from which RO permeate i.e. 124 m3/day shall be reused in plant for Boiler water and RO reject i.e. 50 m3/day shall be treated in MEE.
