    YogaExperience the many health benets of Yoga in a non-competitive, relaxing atmosphere. Yoga integrates mind and body in the Eastern tradition of preventative, wholistic healthcare. Participants will usually notice improvements in posture, balance, strength and exibility, as well as decreased symptoms of stress. In these classes, we combine Yoga with small segments of Pilates, stability ball work, and other complementary practices, while we respect modern tness and safety guidelines. These classes are intended for adults and are suitable for most ages and abilities, with individual modications oered at all times.

    Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Vinyasa yoga combines a series of Yoga postures with breath work to form a graceful, owing practice. Beginners are welcomed in this class and will be encouraged to work at their own pace. This class will help to develop strength and stamina as well as improved stability in the joints and exibility/mobility of the spine. Traditional and modern sun, moon andenergy salutation series are featured in this class.Mondays and Wednesdays 9:15-10:15 am, 5-6 pm or 7-8 pm

    Youre invited to CHIPS which provides a warm and safe environment for kids up to kindergarten age to play during the long

    winter months. Enjoy a variety of toys, including bikes, slides and climbing blocks, in a non-profit, parent- supervised play time. With no set

    program, the kids choose what to play with and when.

Our programs give caregivers the tools to positively parent, build strong family and community relationships, and benefit child development. Regular Programming:

    STAY & PLAY Mondays 5-8 pm & Wednesdays 9-2 pm. Pancake Breakfast one Saturday a month, 9-2 pm Stay and Play is a drop in program for you and your children to come and play with new toys and connect with other families. No structured programming, just free play! This is a drop-in program. TIME FOR BABY Tuesdays 1:30-3:00 pm If you have a baby that is under the age of one come and join us! Each week we explore different topics that apply to parenting infants. This is a drop in program. MUSIC & ME Mondays 10:30-11 am What child doesnt enjoy music? We explore music through rhythm, rhyming, movement, and song. This is a drop in program. DATE WITH DAD Once a month, 5-8 pm Guys bring the special little people in their lives for food and different fun activities once a month!

    Preschool Learn to SkateOur program is designed for children ages 3 - 5 . Our goal is to develop children skills so that they can advance to other ice sports in a fun and safe environment. New comers to the program will be placed in session 1, skaters who participated in the program last year will be assigned to Session 2.
