Draft Beer for Large Events
The Lucrative Alternative to Conventional Draft Beer
Equipment
Serve more people in less time. Success will not stay away
TDS Schanktechnik UG presents a new technology which enables caterers and brewers to pour and sell draft beer faster and more profitably
• Completely Maintenance-Free• Easy to handle• Easy to clean• Practically unbreakable• Retro fittable to existing systems• Installation Time max. 5 Minutes• No Power required• Experience from Stadia and Events: Up to 100 % more beer sales

Cooling Technology
As June/July 2010 have made quite clear to everybody, summers are getting hotter, which leads to problems mainly at events where available cooling equipment cannot cope with „tropical“ temperatures while beer kegs get warm increasingly faster. Additionally there is extra load on the electrical supply system due to longer run times of air-conditioners, coolers, fans etc.
With extreme temperatures parts of the draft beer system also have to be more extreme. This goes mainly for
• Pressure Regulators• Coil Packages• Cooling System

• All in all the following can be obtained by employing fast pour technology in conjunction with adequate cooling (Alternative Solutions see below):
• More turnover through faster pour• More cups/glasses per keg through better keg yield• More profit through higher turnover at constant cost• Minimisation of the number of remaining used kegs• Enabling fast pour of beer everywhere, including sites without electricity or mobile
sites
• This with utmost possible technical simplicity, i.e. if possible without electricity and electronics.
The following pages list various suggestions for different applications.

Typical Application 1
Cold Plate with pouring device,
completely independent from power supply.
Preconditions:
Ice Cubes
(At extreme temperatures approx. 1 Kg Ice for 4 L beer. With pre-chilled kegs approx. 1 Kg Ice for 10 L beer)

• Ice Requirement:
• with a Delta T 20 degrees approx. 1 Kg Ice for approx. 4 L Beer (Kegtemperature 25°C) = 25 Kg Ice per 1 hL beer
• with a Delta T 8 degrees approx. 1 Kg Ice for approx. 10 L Beer (Kegtemperature ca. 10 – 12 °C) = 10 Kg Eis per 1 hL beer
•With a Delta T 4 degrees approx. 1 Kg Ice for approx. 20 L Beer (Kegtemperature < 8 °C)= 5 Kg Eis per 1 hL beer
• Application:Events of any kind, creation of new sales points without electricity.
