• BOUYGUES was appointed to develop and implement energy saving measures to 11 buildings.
• Works planned to start in August 2014 to finished in March 2015
Key figures:• Total project cost:
£1,987,372• Projected energy
savings: 3,095,308 kWh per annum, i.e. 11% reduction against AY 2011-12
• Projected financial benefits: £255,890 per annum
• Simple payback: 7 years
