What does the Metamorg Team do?
Metamorg team, designs and develops systems that allows to deploy advanced intelligence organizations of any size and mission.
These systems are called NIS (Normalized Intelligence Systems).
What does an Intelligence organization do?
An Intelligence organization monitors, analyses and delivers conclusions about what is happening or might happen in a specific domain of interest.
The ultimate product of an Intelligence system is a series of reports both planned and requested, that allows to considerably reduce the uncertainty in the decision-making of a responsible for department or company or state leaders in their daily, short- term, medium-term and long-term projects.

CityZen: Smartcities Intelligence Platform
29
The system consists of seven components:
1. A methodology to produce Strategic Evidence-based Alerts for Risks and Opportunities for Cities (CITYZEN-MTS).
2. A continuously developed Secure Access Portal configurable for Web and Cloud Services that enables integrating strategic and operational reports and related evidence produced in the system; turning them into accessible digital contents; indexing and calculate levels of intention and capacity from a situation of threat or opportunity and vulnerability levels of our and others' targets. It also enables us to address and integrate risk and opportunity hypotheses, to summarize and classify alerts through calculations on evolution and scale tendencies, aiming at an early reaction. Likewise, it allows us to develop planned responses based on defined risk and opportunity alert levels.
3. An IT system of situational awareness and evidence-based Analysis that enables us to produce information of high added value. Thanks to sufficient indexes and patterns and reliable and valid evidence of physical, documentary and analytical nature, it contributes to the production of Strategic City Warnings and to an efficient management of risks and opportunities.
4. A collection system, weighting, anonymity and indexing structured and unstructured information from any source of digital or analog information.
5. A "push" system that allows us, through multiple devices, to signal and spread alerts and primary response plans to users who must know or neutralize them.
6. An organizational structure and management operation of Smart Cities.
7. An advanced methodology of training-design-display and mentoring of Strategic Smart Cities Warning projects based on a dual model.

planning and management of medical intelligence
cases.
Offer all these features anywhere, anytime.
Prospector: Prospective Intelligence Platform
32
1. We define Evidence-based Exploratory Foresight as the continuous
production of possible, that is, not unlikely future scenarios, based on
feasible scenarios determined by the current evidence as of threat of risks,
current issues and emerging opportunities ,the weight of the determinism
of the past and the confrontation of the projects of the present actors and
the posible profile of the futute actors.
2. Our exploratory foresight model created from the works of the LIPSOR
(French Foresight Institute),Rand and other research centers, is based on
the determination of the following types of scenarios: Possible, achievable,
contrasted in the present, trend based on the contrasted ones, and within
trend scenarios, the most likely or reference. Each scenario is a coherent
set of hypotheses which is continuously weighted according to the present
changes and a system of rules for checking the status of the goals and
objectives of the actors.
3. Our methodology and our computer support systems create physical and
virtual workshops with the participation of agents of social networks
organized into three types:
1. Workshop on anticipation and mastery of change.
2. Workshop on recognition of stereotypes.
3. Workshop on arbitration of short and medium term actions.
4. Workshop on analysis based on the Greek Triangle.
4. We incorporate a computing environment for management of the
workshops and the automation of various causal-mathematical and
associative-empirical techniques such as MIC-MAC, MACTOR,
MULTIPOL, SMIC, MORPHOL, PROB-EXPERT, DELPHI, POLITICS, etc.
5. Applications:
• Science and technology foresight.• Policy foresight.• Market foresight, etc.
