Kelsey  Kent  is  a  senior  majoring  in  Nursing.  She  has  been  riding  for  four  years  and  this  will  be  her  third  Little  500.  

Andrea  Wade  is  a  freshman  majoring  in  Psychology  and  Spanish.  She  is  a  rookie  and  is  working  hard  to  soon  be  a  part  of  a  Delta  Gamma  victory.  

Kelsey  Phillips  is  a  sophomore  majoring  in  Finance.  This  will  be  her  second  year  riding  for  Delta  Gamma.    

Jana  Kovich  is  a  junior  member  in  the  2010  Member  Class.  Jana  studies  Public  Policy  Analysis,  Business  and  German.  Jana  is  excited  to  be  a  rookie  member  of  the  Delta  Gamma  cycling  team  this  year.  

Beth  Doriani  is  a  senior  majoring  in  International  Studies,  Mandarin  and  Business.  Beth  has  never  participated  in  Little  500  until  now.  

Emily  Loebig  is  a  sophomore  and  is  majoring  in  Information  and  Process  Management  and  Operations  Management.  This  is  her  second  year  riding  for  Delta  Gamma.  

Kayce  Doogs  is  a  sophomore  in  the  2011  Member  Class.  She  is  majoring  in  Apparel  Merchandising  and  is  excited  to  be  one  of  Delta  Gamma’s  rookies  this  year.

It  is  with  the  help  of  your  contributions  that  makes  Indiana  University’s  longest  standing  tradition  possible.  The  team  is  always  in  need  of  additional  support  and  would  greatly  appreciate  any  donations  you  are  willing  to  give.  Please  visit  DG’s  website  if  you  would  like  to  further  support  the  team  via  paypal.  

MARCH  21st.  Qualification  meeting  8:30  p.m.  26th.  Qualifications  27th.  Jersey/Pit  meeting.  4  p.m.  30th.  Individual  Time  Trials.  4  p.m.  APRIL  2nd  Miss-­‐N-­‐Out  9th  Team  Pursuit.  1:00  p.m.  15th    Women’s  Little  500.  4  p.m.      

The  cycling  team  already  has  a  large  fan  base,  however  the  team  could  always  use  more  support.  Aside  from  contribution,  the  team  would  love  to  see  you  in  the  stands  cheering  them  on  to  another  victory  on  April  15th.  If  you  would  like  to  wish  the  team  good  luck  or  share  your  past  Little  500  rider  experience,  please  post  on  the  Delta  Gamma  Cycling  blog.

 Delta  Gamma  Gets    

Pole  Position    

It’s  official;  Delta  Gamma  claimed  the  pole  position  with  a  time  of  

2:44.76  on  Saturday’s  qualification  ride  at  Bill  Armstrong  Stadium.  Delta  

Gamma  was  one  of  the  first  women’s  teams  to  race  early  

Saturday  morning  but  managed  to  keep  the  pole  position  throughout  the  day.  The  team  earned  the  pole  position  with  a  3-­‐second  win  over  defending  2010  champions,  Teter,  who  came  in  second  with  a  time  of  

2:47.52.
