SPATIAL COMPOSITION MODEL To make a compound frame, a large member of wooden bars are used to make lots of triangle shapes to support the model. Triangles are very stable.!!

LANDFORM MODELThis model is consisted of different small models which built by triangle cardboard. This used the technique of extrusion. When look at the whole shape of the model, the model is like cut from a cube, which used the technique of subtraction. !

Using a paper and the but it into some bars with same width and length and then twist it and use two triangles to support it. On of this model is cut into bars and the other side is not cut, which has a contrast between two sides.

NARRATIVE STORY: Occupy A GIRL who can see smell!Girl. 22. Ailee. !Ailee's boyfriend David is a police who works for their town. There is a small lake lake and it is a little desolate and creepy. Last night, a boy was missing and people in this small town thought he was killed. Police officers go to the lake for investigation，but they can't find any vital clue. Ailee went the lake at night and she saw the smell in the air of and it is a familiar smell which she smelled in a taxi last week. She told David to watch the cctv near the lake to fink a taxi. He watched the video and only saw a delivery Van parking here to deliver the goods to the store near the lake. Ailee went to the store and saw the smell she saw in the taxi. The result is the taxi driver killed the boy and put him in the taxi then put the taxi into a van and throw the dead body into the lake!

A lake is planed to be built in the site. The model is built on the lake and my narrative story is occupy. This model is aiming to built a private space for people and offer people a space that they can sit in there and enjoy the surrounding environment.

The picture shows that an area of my design. The key material of the design is metal. Metal can reflect the sunshine and light to make pretty shadows. The tall trees are leafless and branch less and metal can match the gray base colour in the site and enhance the desolateness.

FINAL PROJECT

For the final project, an under water part is built to provide people a more private space. There is a bridge between two models to make a connection and if you want to avoid people, you can go directly from the big model to the small model though the bright. The two models use the same element that cutting the paper into some bars and then twist it into diamond shapes.
