Produced in Penedes, heart of D.O. Cava Grape varieties: 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir, 25% Xarel.lo, 15% Macabeu, 30% Parellada Second fermentation made on bottle: following the traditional Champagne method. Once blended, the broth is kept in subterranean cellars at 14 degrees celsius for about 36 months of slow fermentation. Free SO2: 11mg/l; Total SO2: 51mg/l; Total Acidity 4,6gr/l; Sugar: 1,4g/l; contains 1 gram of edible and certified gold flakes of 23 crt. Alcohol content: approx. 11.8% vol. Tasting Notes: A Golden colour delight with good bubble release. Carbonic gas very well integrated. A fine and open aroma of ripe fruit and toasted nuts. On the palate, sensation of rich structure, elegance and sensorial amplitude give it a unique personality followed by a good, fruity and persistent creaminess.
