Mix up a batch to give to your friends! Ingredi ents ½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp. butter 14 oz. (one can) of sweetened condensed milk sprinkles, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, chopped nuts or powdered sugar 40 mini baking cups Direct ions 1 In a medium pan, cook the condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter over medium heat. 2 Stir continuously for approximately 10 minutes. 3 Remove the pan from the stove and let it cool. 4 Grease your hands with some butter and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls with your hands. 5 Roll each ball in sprinkles, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, chopped nuts or powdered sugar. 6 Place each ball into its own baking cup. 7 Enjoy, and refrigerate any leftovers!

Brigadeiro[BREE-gah-DARE-oh]

BY ANA RAFAELA, ADAPTED BY REBECA HARCHARIK

Adult Help Needed. Makes about 40 candies.

Brigadeiro is a special treat for children in Brazil. Mix up a batch to give to your friends!

Ingredients ½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbsp. butter

14 oz. (one can) of sweetened condensed milk

sprinkles, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, chopped nuts or powdered sugar

40 mini baking cups

Directions 1 In a medium pan, cook the condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter over medium heat.
