with an additional «Gate Approval».


Lesson learned

Tool muss einfach, verständlich und intuitiv sein.

Eine vom Management handschriftlich unterzeichnete Requirement Spec. hilft bei

der Einführung eines solchen Projectes.

Auch wenn es bei einem Management Wechsel nicht vor einer erneuten

Runde schützt.

Bei der Entwicklung muss unbedingt auf die «Chattiness» geachtet werden

sonnst ist das Tool zu langsam in Übersee.

Der Entwicklungs-Partner muss die selbe Sprache reden.

Mit KPI-Reports kann die Einführung kontrolliert werden.
