Ashwani Kumar I Founding PartnerB.Com(H), FCA With more than three decades of professional experience he is an expert in taxation matters including

representation work before various authorities with a special emphasis on search, seizure and survey

matters.

He has been a member of Taxation Committee, Board of Studies of the Institute of Chartered

Accountants of

India and President of Ludhiana Chartered Accountants Society. He also serves on the board of several

leading and well-known public and private limited companies. He was also a public representative

director on the board of the Ludhiana Stock Exchange Association Limited

Sanjeeva Narayan I Managing PartnerB.Com(H),FCA,ACS Sanjeeva an alumnus of the prestigious Sri Ram College of Commerce is also member of

the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of

India and has been in practice for more than twenty five years as a Partner with Ashwani

& Associates managing the Delhi Office. Initially he has articled with Pricewaterhouse




Coopers before entering the practice with Ashwani &

Associates. His core expertise ranges from corporate laws to

tax representation. He is also the national partner for the

assurance division wherein he handles a team of 20 members,

who in turn service various clients. He also has more than two

decades of experience as Auditor of Public Sector Banks

including three terms as Central Statutory Auditor. Also known as the ‘think tank’, he actively writes on professional

issues in ‘Taxmann’, Chartered Accountant Today and the

likes. Apart from being a member of various committees in the

ICAI he also serves on the Board of several Private and Listed

Companies.

Aditya Kumar I partner B.Com, ACA, LL.B.

Aditya is an alumnus of the prestigious Doon School–

Dehradun and Member of the Institute of Chartered

Accountants of India (ICAI). He has also completed his law

degree from one of the premier law institutes of India. Prior to

Ashwani and Associates, he has worked with M/s.

PricewaterhouseCoopers India Private Ltd. for six years, where

he acquired comprehensive experience on the application of

indirect tax laws in practice and audit. He thus has experience

and a vast working knowledge of all aspects of service tax and

trade law, VAT and the like. As one of the partners, Aditya

manages large projects for multinational and Indian clients.

These projects often involve the execution of work in the areas

of Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, CENVAT, supply chain

management and indirect tax due diligence through the

several offices of Ashwani & Associates in India. He has also

authored the first book on Goods and Service Tax in India, published by Taxmann.

Kulbhushan Goyal I partnerB.Com, FCA

Also known as ‘The Executioner’, Kulbhushan is a chartered

accountant with more than two decades of professional

experience. He is actively involved in auditing and accounting

practice along with a special interest in personal taxation. He

has been associated with the firm since 31.12.1992

Arvind Jain I partnerFCAArvind is also a chartered accountant with a special knack of

the upcoming information technology and specialization in the

domain of performance improvement and management

consultancy. He also has an abiding and deep interest in

accounting and auditing matters and is closely involved with




the Audit practice of the firm. He has been

associated with the firm since 01.04.2000.

Surender Kumar I partnerFCAWith an experience of about eleven years in the

profession, he is mainly engaged in dealing with taxation matters, including tax planning/
