Quick Overview (Global Services ) :

Design Center was established in October 2010.

Design Center providing global support to our Fire and EnvironmentalDesign Center providing global support to our Fire and Environmental Business Unit (FEBU) sales teams, specifically for technical assistance and drawings .

Designing smoke & gas detection solutions with different levels for our Designing smoke & gas detection solutions with different levels for our VESDA, ICAM, VESDA ECO, ICAM ECO and OSID products .

Levels of Design include :- Reviewing data (SPECs/drawings/descriptions,…).- Creating conceptual initial design solution (initial BOM, Layout ) .- Creating detailed design plans with different media format (AutoCAD, g g p (

PDF and others ).- Follow up all changes until have final drawings and generate ASPIRE2

files with all outputs to have final IDP and updated BOM.

Local Services (Middle East region ) :

Beside all provided services globally, we provide :

- Training for all channels and different levels (consultant Integrator End-Training for all channels and different levels (consultant, Integrator, Enduser ).- 68 persons were certified related to 16 different channels /companies (Jan-Dec

2012).)

- Support commissioning and hand over process.

- Follow up all technical issues and incidents around the region, report any issues related to our products (competition, faults, needed updates (HW, SW)) .

- Direct support for sales team by handling all technical presentation side for pp y g pany event (seminars, exhibitions, important meetings for major projects ,…).
