    1. Stress and tension, built up between theshouldersblades need to be massaged, as well as the

neckmuscles up to the skull, from ear to ear..

    The green area 'Upper

back', that's what I'm talking about.

    ~~

    2. Press the synus-frontalis, just below the centre ofthe eyebrow, above the eye. And the area below theeyes and next to the nose. Also the area all around

    the eyeballs.

Easy to massage with yourthumb, put your fingers on the brow.

All exposed musles in this picture (left) love to get a

Press the centrepoint at the edge of the skull forabout 5 sec.

Next you do is to press the bloodartery in the neck

very deep so it blocks the blood stream..! Thismoment the patient has to take a deep breath,

release the pressurepoint at exhaling... repeat on theother side. No more than twice each side...!

Bloodpressure will drop by many points...

    ~~

    5. Take a (2) handful of hair and pull gently, repeaton all other headhair. If no hair, massage the skull...

    ~~

    6. Manipulate the vertebrae with the 'hug'position. (Embrace the patient from the front, standing

position, then press fermly to 'crack' the vertebs.) Becareful with older people...

Place your thumb on oneside and your indexfinger on the other, then fermly press and rotate

    that area.

Be aware pain is there to warn you something'swrong.

There's a reason to pay attention on what's going on inside... Itsvery easy to take a Paracetamol or another painkiller to get rid of

your nasty feeling. But quite often the complaints return and more

    medication is needed...

A lot of things can be wrong inside of your head andthey can cause a headache...

Listen to your body, don't ignore signals, live ahealthy life and watch your eating habbits...

Don't use cold drinks/icecreams.It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the

cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just

consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will breakdown and be absorbed by the intestine faster thanthe solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon,

this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best todrink hot soup or warm water/tea after a meal.

(Imagine you drink a glass of cold water after consuming a barof chocolate. This bar melted in your mouth but will become

solid again in your stomach...!!! )

Frownscause muscle-tension and stress. Asmile, a laughter releases those

    inconveniences and relaxes the whole

    body ..

....singing and humming can prevent you fromgetting an attack...

Yoga exercises (sport) and breathing control will

regulate the oxygen-flow in your blood.

Don't smoke, unless its THC :). Don't do alcohol. No

    Soda's.

AddBrocolli and Cayenne pepper to your cuisine.

Get enough fresh air, take a walk in the woods or

    along the beach.

Have animals around you( great against hypertension..!)

Eat fruit on an empty stomach and before a meal..!!

Smile and be nice to others.
