A Note of Gratitude from Our Staff It is an honor to present to you the 2018 Impact Report. Working at LIVESTRONG, I get to see the positive impact that your investment in our mission makes in the lives of people affected by cancer. I lost my grandfather to a brain tumor and a few years later, my grandma, Janet, was diagnosed. She embodied LIVESTRONG both times she fought cancer. My grandma was very influential to me and a lot of my optimism, joy of life, positivity and compassion comes from her. I am proud to work at LIVESTRONG in honor of my grandparents and see the impact that our vital work has on thousands of survivors and their loved ones. With cancer survivorship expected to increase more than 35% over the next decade, the need for LIVESTRONG is greater now than ever. Together, we can and will change the way the world fights cancer.
