Building the Future

Current Activities this Week:

Site/Playing field:

Grading site on the East side of building to be ongoing.

Pouring of the truck dock entrance on the east side to be

ongoing.

Grading of the plaza area is ongoing.

Underground drainage and irrigation at the playing field

is ongoing.

Plaza storm line installation has begun.

Concrete Flatwork:

Area 1-Suite and Press level tub intermediate stairs are

complete.

Area 3-Topping slab at cauldron club to be completed.

Area 1- SOG work at SW toilet entry to be completed.

Masonry:

Block installation at NW transformer area to be ongoing.

Block installation at Terrace Bar is ongoing.

Sealing and final wash of block on the East side to

be ongoing.

Stone:

Area 1-Stone installation in area H to be ongoing.

Steel:

Installation of stone support steel at Stadium Suite is

ongoing.

Installation of dock overhead doors to be complete.

Installation of wind columns/screen wall support at stair

#1 to be completed.

Installation of Bar/counter top support steel to be

ongoing.

Roofing and Sheet metal:

Area 1-Alucobond metal panel installation at Suite and

Press level on field side is near complete.

Alucobond metal panel and subgirt installation is

ongoing at Concourse buildings.

Drilling anchors for exterior fins is near complete.

Area 3- Concourse building roofing in the NE is complete.

Gutter shrouds at canopy gutter are ongoing.

Canopy deck flashing installation is ongoing.

Coping cap installation at concourse buildings to be ongoing.

Area 3-Alucobond metal panel installation along East side

of building is ongoing.

Polycarbonate:

Area 1-Polycarbonate installation is ongoing.

Area 2-Polycarbonate installation is ongoing.

Metal Stud Framing/Drywall/Ceilings:

Area 1- Drywall installation is complete.

Area 3-Drywall installation and finishing is near complete.

DAFS installation is ongoing at exterior soffits.

Stud framing for North screenwall/ metal panels is near complete.

Drywall installation in concessions/retail areas is

complete.

FRP installation in Concessions is complete.

Ceiling grid installation is ongoing on all levels.

Glass:

Area 1-installation of aluminum door frames is ongoing.

Installation of storefronts at Main Concourse retail

buildings is ongoing.

Installation of Press level Solar innovation sliders is

ongoing.

Area 1- installation of interior storefronts is ongoing.

Area 3-Curtian wall at Cauldron Club installation to begin.

Stone installation in area H is ongoing.

Cauldron Club topping slab is near complete.

MEP:

Ductwork installation is ongoing on the East side field level.

Plumbing rough in is ongoing on the East side field level.

NW transformer is now set and primary cables have been

pulled and is awaiting BPU to be energized.

Installation of permanent lights and speakers in soffits is

ongoing.

Fixtures and devices are being installed in the West

tower and termination of branch circuits is ongoing.

Area 1-installation of toilet fixtures on Suite and Field level

is ongoing.

Broadcast cable pulls from loading dock to the Video

Production room is ongoing.

Tie -in of canopy gutters to downspouts is ongoing.

North scoreboard structure installation is complete and

module Installation to begin.

Ad Panel installation on the South scoreboard is complete.

Initial burn in of the SW sport lights has begun.

Elevators:

F1 elevator installation is near completion.

P2 & P3 elevator installation is ongoing.

P4 & P5 elevator installation is ongoing.

Resinous flooring at field level is near complete.

Tile installation at Press level Suites to be ongoing.

Tile installation in club areas at Suite and Press levels is ongoing.

Tile in restrooms at all levels is near complete.
