Jeff Horrocks, last year’s wide receivers coach, was promoted to offensive coordinator in the spring.• Under first-year offensive line coach Ryan Schleusner, the Falcons will have new starters at both offensive tackle spots and at center this season. • Schleusner was a standout offensive lineman at the University of Missouri, where he played all five positions across the line during his career. Since his playing career, Schleusner has made stops at Northwest Missouri State, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M and Miami High School.Guerra Turns into Reliable Playmaker• Fabian Guerra earned first team All-MEC honors and third team All-Region honors a season ago after hauling in 63 receptions for 822 yards and five scores as a sopho-more.
