BIG BOUNCE BACK• Brown totaled 444 yards of total offense and allowed a season-low 299 yards in a 31-10 win over Colgate last week for their first victory of the season.• EJ Perry threw for 351 yards and two TDs, and rushed for another. His 351 yards were the most this season and fourth-most in a single game in his career.
DEFENSE CREATING OFFENSE• Brown scored a defensive touchdown when Shane Prevot scooped up a fumble (forced by Camden Gagnon) and returned it 74 yards to paydirt to give Brown a 10-0 lead in the first quarter against Colgate.• The Bears also got a touchdown from defensive lineman Brooks Jones, who lined up as an eligible receiver and caught a touchdown pass from Perry in the fourth quarter to extend the Brown lead to 24-3.
SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST• Brown is 9-for-12 on fourth down conversions this season, good for tops in the Ivy League and 12th in FCS.

ROCKETT TAKING OFF• Rockett has registered at least 75 yards receiving in three of the four games to start the season. LUCKY BOUNCES• Brown recovered a pair of onside kicks in the fourth quarter on Oct. 2 at Bryant, both of which led to touchdowns. It marked the first time the Bears had recovered an onside kick since 2017.
FIGHTING TO THE END• Trailing 33-0 at the start of the fourth quarter, Brown scored 29 points in the final frame, including 22 unanswered to pull within 36-29 with 2:06 remaining.• Brown scored three touchdowns over a span of 3:32 to pull within seven points, recovering two onside kicks during that span.• The 29 points scored are the most in one quarter since they scored 21 points in the third quarter of a 35-27 win at Bryant on Sept. 17, 2017.• The 29 points are also the most scored by Brown in a single quarter in at least a decade.
SPREADING THE WEALTH• Entering this weekend, Brown boasts the seventh-best passing offense in the nation with 336.8 yards per game.• Fourteen different Brown receivers have at least one reception so far in 2021.• Wes Rockett leads the team with 26 receptions, and 335 yards receiving.

PERRIN’S FIRST PICK• Senior DB Clayton Perrin hauled in his first career interception in the middle of the third quarter against URI. Perrin had a solid freshman campaign in 2018, leading all Brown rookies with 53 tackles, which ranked fourth on the team and 15th in the Ivy League, while seeing action in all 10 games. He made 10 tackles through the first two games of the 2019 season before missing the rest of the year due to injury.
GRAHAM’S GRAND WEEK• Brown sophomore wide receiver Graham Walker was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week on September 27 after posting career-highs of nine catches for 132 yards and one touchdown on Sept. 24 at Harvard.• Walker made a diving catch at the goal line for his first carer touchdown, a 43-yard haul. He later added a 36-yard catch on Brown’s final drive to set up another touchdown.• Through three games, he ranks second on the Bears with 292 receiving yards on 21 receptions.
BROOME-WEBSTER SWEEPING INTO THE SEMIS• Senior offensive lineman Chad Broome-Webster has been named one of 36 FCS semifinalists for the 2021 William V. Campbell Trophy, as announced by the National Football Foundation on September 29.• The Campbell Trophy is a prestigious honor presented to an individual as the absolute best football scholar-athlete in the nation for his combined academic success, football performance and exemplary leadership.• Broome-Webster is one of 176 semifinalists for the award across all levels of college football, including one of 36 from

SCOUTING PRINCETON• Princeton is 4-0 on the season, coming off of a 31-28 win at then-No. 25 Monmouth that featured a last-second field
goal for the Tigers. • The Tigers cruised through their first three games of the season before the Monmouth game. In wins against Lehigh
and Stetson, the Tigers outscored their opponents 95-0. On Oct. 2, Princeton beat Columbia 24-7 in the first and only Ivy League game the Tigers have played this year.
• The Tigers defense has been extremely stingy this season. On average, Princeton is outscoring opponents 37.5 - 8.8 points per game. The Tigers are allowing just 28.5 rushing yards per game and allowing just 1.1 yard per carry.
• Cole Smith leads the offense for the Tigers, averaging 259.5 yards through the air per game. Smith is completing 64.8 percent of his passes to go with six touchdowns and two interceptions. Smith has reached the 200-yard mark in three of the four games this season. His best game of the year was a 412-yard performance against Lehigh to start the season. Smith has thrown three touchdowns in each of the first two games but has not thrown a touchdown in his last two. In each of the last two games, Smith has thrown an interception.
• Princeton is out-rushing opponents 544-144 this season and has 12 rushing touchdowns while allowing just one. Collin Eaddy is the leading rusher for the Tigers with 222 yards (55.5/game). Eaddy has scored a team-high six touchdowns. Ja’Derris Carr is second on the team at 21.7 yards per game and has scored one touchdown.
• Jacob Birmelin is averaging 88.3 yards per game and has two scores. Andrei Iosivas is averaging 23 yards per catch and a team-best three scores.
• Uche Ndukwe and Samuel Wright II have lived in opposing backfield with each player having 4.5 sacks this season. Delan Stallworth leads the team with 18 tackles.
