This simple step-by-step renewal process is intended to assist all season ticket holders while renewing their season tickets as well as those who:

•Want to change some or all of their season tickets to New Alumni Season Tickets.

•Want to change some or all of their season tickets to Adult or youth/senior prices.

•Want to change some or all of their season tickets to Fac/Staff prices.

If you are going to decrease the number of season tickets you have please call 1-800-GO-BEARS to ensure that your desired seat locations are being renewed

for the 2013 season.

Step 1• Visit www.CalBears.com/tickets• Click the “Buy Now” button at the top of the page• This will bring you to the Cal Athletic Ticket Office Online Window

Step 2• Once at the Cal Athletic Ticket Office Online Window• Click the “Season Renewals and Post-Season” button• This will bring you to the account login screen

Step 3• For returning online customers:• Enter your email address or account # and personally selected password.• Click “Login”.• If you have not purchased tickets online previously, you must activate your account

by clicking “Link Your Account” and enter your account # and PIN #.

Step 4• Once logged into your account, click the 2013 Football Season renewal link.

Step 5• Once you are in the season application, review your renewal.• Your order will contain the same seat locations from the 2012 season.

Step 6• If you have tickets in the Goldzone and would like to switch the price type of your tickets from an Adult to

either Senior/Youth or Youth to either Senior/Adult you can do so by lowering the quantity of tickets under renewable items and adding on tickets under additional item.

• If you are looking to renew season tickets but would like to purchase in the New Alumni section (Cal Grad 04-13) reduce your tickets under the renewable items and add on your New Alumni tickets under additional items. The same process can be done for those interested in Fac/Staff Rate Tickets.

Step 7• To select (Youth/Senior), (Fac/Staff) (New Alumni) season tickets:• 1. Select the desired Price Level.• 2. Enter the quantity of tickets you are changing to the youth/senior price.• 3. Click “Add to Application” in the right corner of the page to return to the Application webpage.

Please note that when you submit your application you will not see a seat location for the seats that changed price. You will receive the same seat locations* from 2012 even though you do not see the seat location on the webpage, unless you are moving to the New Alumni Section.

Step 8Once back at the Application webpage, you have a couple of options under Additional Items:•1. Purchase a parking pass by clicking 2013 Call Football Season Parking•2. Add a charitable donation to Cal to increase your priority points•3. Request Tickets to a Cal hosted Pac 12 Football Championship GameReview Your Order:•4. Review the additional season tickets you added. If you do not want these tickets, you can release them at this time.•5. Review your entire order and the total amount due•6. Once you are ready to place your order, click Add To Cart at the bottom of the webpage

Step 9Your Order is Now Added to the Shopping Cart•Click Priority Mail as the delivery option.•Click Checkout when you are ready to pay for your season tickets.

You may view your application details, release the application or entire order at this point.

Step 10Your Order is Almost Complete!•1. Review your account information. If you have changes click Edit Information within the box. Verify your address to ensure tickets are shipped to the proper address.•2. Enter your credit card information for payment.•3. Agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box and click Submit Payment.•Once you submit payment, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Want to Upgrade Your Seats?•Patrons that renew by the deadline of January 31st and want to see what seats are available for upgrading are invited to the first-ever Season Ticket Holder Select-a-Seat event

Select-a-Seat Event

•When: Starting late February 2013•Where: California Memorial Stadium•Details: A voluntary opportunity to view and upgrade/add new seats for the 2013 Football season. Patrons that are happy with their existing seats do not need to participate and will be renewed in their seats from the 2012 season.
