CONCIERGE DESKSConcierge desks are located at both the north and south ends of the Club 100 Level and are staffed with your dedicated United Club Season Ticket Account Representative and Chicago Bears service professionals who are ready to answer any questions and assist with all of your Gameday needs.

ENTRY AND RE-ENTRYEntry doors to the United Club can be found at the south end via Gate 6, at the north end via Gate 38 and on the east side of the 100 Level Mezzanine. Only those with United Club gameday tickets and/or Club credentials will be granted access to the United Club during home games.

Club seat ticket holders must present a United Club re-entry pass along with their game ticket in order to re-enter the United Club on gameday. Re-entry passes are given out upon exiting the Club 100 Level by Monterrey Guest Services.

EXITING THE UNITED CLUBAt the conclusion of the game:• Club 300 Level patrons may access lower levels of the United Club by taking the centrally-located escalators or the interior stair wells. If exiting the stadium, patrons are encouraged to use the glass doors on the east-side of the United Club near the Colonnades. Exterior stairs on the Colonnade level provide direct routes to adjacent parking facilities (i.e. North Garage, Waldron Deck, South Lot).• Club 200 Level patrons may access the Club 100 Level by using the centrally-located escalators or interior stair wells. If exiting the stadium, Gate 6 on the south end of the United Club should be used to access the Waldron Deck and South Lot while Gate 38 provides direct access to the North Garage.

WELCOME TO THE UNITED CLUBThe United Club is the premiere destination at Soldier Field exclusively for Club Seat ticket holders featuring three levels of climate-controlled indoor lounge areas, including eight full-service bars, specialty gourmet food and drink stations and over 100 televisions.

SMOKING POLICYThe Smoke-Free Illinois Act prohibits smoking in Soldier Field for Bears games. There are no designated smoking areas inside or outside the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. The smoking policy will be strictly enforced and violators are subject to ejection. Smokeless/e-cigarettes are also prohibited.

UNITED CLUB BISTROThe United Club Bistro Pregame Buffet is open for two hours before kickoff. Walk-up seating will be accepted on gamedays in the center of the Club 100 Level, but reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling the reservation line at (312) 235-7063 between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday the week before each Bears home game.
