This intensive five day course will enable participants to successfully complete business process improvement projects through the practical application of six sigma techniques. This course is intended for personnel looking to lead teams in business process improvement. Candidates should be comfortable with basic mathematical concepts. Portfolio / Deliverables Each certification candidate is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple choice questions that measure comprehension of the Body of Knowledge. The Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a fourhour, 100 multiplechoice question examination. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification has no recertification requirements. It is a lifetime certification.
