Lincoln County Board of Education

The Lincoln County Board of Education met in statutory session on Tuesday, April 16,

2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the county office in Hamlin.

The purpose of this statutory meeting was to reconvene the March 19, 2019 meeting and take

action regarding Levy Rates for 2019 fiscal year.

I. Call to order – The meeting was called to order by Stephen Priestley. Those present:

Larry Wilkerson, Fred Curry, Rodney Baker, Stephen Priestley, Carol Smith, and Jeff

Midkiff.

II. Public Comment on Levy Order – The floor was open to receive public

comments concerning the 2019-2020 Tax Levy Order.

III. Approval of Tax Levy Order

Motion by Rodney Baker, second by Larry Wilkerson to approve the 2019-2020 Tax Levy

Order as presented and approved by the State Auditor of West

Virginia, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 11, Article 8 of the West Virginia

Code, as amended.

All yes vote.

IV. Adjournment of statutory meeting.
