products / services displayed during TV commercials or product placement in

TV programs.

The source of revenue for the tvbay application is as follows:

•  Sales of services - advertiser pays a fee per contact based on agreement with the “tvbay” sales channel provider.

•  Product sales – the advertiser pays a percentage from the income based on agreement with the “tvbay” sales channel provider.
