Email Notification from Manufacturer to Dealer

•Enter Store #, User ID, and Password

•Click on Search Orders

•Search by Date Range or Dealer PO #

•**Click on PO Number

**PO Number will serve as a link to the order’s web page

•Type in a comment in the Comments field•Select Submit Comments

Email Notification from Dealer to Manufacturer

•Go to Dealer Sign in for an Order Received Status Report

•Hover over Manufacturers menu option •Select the Order Received Status Report

• Select the “Search By” drop down menu (Allows the ability to search in a number of different ways)

• Request to Cancel can also be done from the webpage

•You can request to cancel the entire PO or a partial portion of the order•You cannot add to an order using this link

•All comments & Status Changes are dated and time stamped•They are archived below the comments field within the order

•OFUSA CSRs will mediate a response after 24 hours

•The order placer is notified directly

•Order status can be changed

•All comments are archived

•Advanced Search function

•Should be used for orders that are pending•Used as a form of acknowledging if you do not currently acknowledge orders
