You do not have to post photo to your personal profile first

You can post as page (if you are admin) or as yourself

Individual privacy settings to prevent yourself from being tagged or require pre-approval for tags (tagging restrictions can also be set by page)

You can tag photo using “@” sign before name of the page from your personal profile. It will appear on your personal profile AND the page
