SKALA SIKAP

KOMUNIKASI ORANG TUA-ANAK DAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI

Skala ini disusun sebagai alat pengumpul data tentang komunikasi orang tua-

anak dan kepercayaan diri pada siswa kelas XI SMK Muhammadiyah Salatiga.

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penulis mohon kesediaan siswa untuk mengisi atau

menjawab setiap butir pertanyaan secara jujur sesuai keadaan yang sesungguhnya.

Dalam mengisi skala komunikasi orang tua-anak dan kepercayaan diri tidak ada

jawaban yang benar dan salah.

Seluruh informasi yang terima penulis akan dijaga kerahasiaannya dan tidak

akan berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan diri. Atas perhatiannya menjawab semua
