The future of refining belongs to the Middle East
Dear colleague
Over the last twelve months, the economic world has witnessed unprecedented social, financial and institutional shifts. As the paradigm for success is being redesigned, the downstream sector is adapting to this critical change of pace.
Streamlined internal processes, full commitment to research and development and a decisive move towards clean fuels – this is what will make the difference for smart refineries and integrated plants.
In the downstream industry experience, knowledge and capability is imperative for success. Companies with solid structures and flexibility, know-how and openness, resources and a flair for risk are best placed to succeed.
Middle East Downstream Week is their platform to tell us a story. A story of change, projects and visions.
We look forward to meeting you at MEDW 2012.

Axens’ complimentary Middle East Seminar on Refining and Petrochemical Technology will be held for the 3rd year running in Abu Dhabi on March 25. The event will immediately precede the MEDW 2012, which is once again this year Axens’ partner of choice for their Middle East downstream seminar.
Technology can serve as a powerful tool for today’s downstream companies looking for new channels to succeed, typically:
What are the practical, daily challenges faced by regional refineries and petrochemical plants?
How can contemporary technology support these sectors in their development?
What are the keys to meet today’s demanding market requirements?
Axens’ seminar offers an unparalleled opportunity for downstream operators to answer some of the important refining and petrochemicals challenges associated with the energy business in the Middle East region and gain insight into what is new in the technology landscape.
