A Universe of Considerations

There are more considerations then your organization alone has time, money, and analysis capabilities to address simultaneously

No single tool exists to give you THE answer. Even if it did exist, what would it mean?

A Universe of Considerations

There are more considerations then your organization alone has time, money, and analysis capabilities to address simultaneously

No single tool exists to give you THE answer. Even if it did exist, what would it mean?

However… You can make a difference, inform decisions, advance freight concerns, expand knowledge, and enhance technical / analytical capabilities

Think Strategically

Know the basic facts: what, when , how, where and why

Assess performance. Engage your partners - public and private Identify, define, and prioritize goals:

I.e., set overall direction Develop a game plan Get to work Close the loop
