Customer, sales and market data can be found in multiple data sourcesthroughout the organization.

A single business language towards data doesn't exist.

The multi-functional employees have different needs for managing theirbusiness when it comes down to reporting:

• Standard sales reporting in static pdf’s (push and pull, scheduled and on-demand)

• Ad-hoc analytical capabilities in a professional reporting environment (OLAP)

Pharma companies struggle with a set of common “opportunities for improvement”

IM.smart is the missing link towards intelligent reporting

• All data will be centralized within the system so the need for data exchangebetween different "stakeholders" (Reps, Management, Marketing, BusinessIntelligence, …) within the company will be minimized

• A semantic layer on top of data will hide the complexity of the database and will beresponsible for a good representation of the data

• The strong graphical interface will make the IM.smart reports easy to understandand will help with the interpretation of the data
