Madinah Town Centre is the retail heart of Knowledge Economic City (KEC) in Saudi Arabia. Drawing upon the rich history and architectural styles of the region, our design integrates with the surrounding area to create a destination marketplace. Each of the plan’s precincts have a separate character and identity that is further reinforced by the precinct-based merchandising strategy. New single- and multi-story buildings incorporate traditional courts, arcades, and modern facades, while retractable roofs and air-conditioned spaces complement the retail, boutique office, cafe, and dining operations in this desert oasis.
