Drawing upon the rich history and architectural styles of the region, our design integrates with the surrounding area to create a destination marketplace. Each of the plan’s precincts have a separate character and identity that is further reinforced by the precinct-based merchandising strategy. New single- and multi-story buildings incorporate traditional courts, arcades, and modern facades, while retractable roofs and air-conditioned spaces complement the retail, boutique office, cafe, and dining operations in this desert oasis.
