Kian complex is a 6500 m2 site located in Mahmoud Abad, about 300 Kilometers North of Tehran. It is an entertainment, commercial and residential site which consists of shopping center, Hotel apartment, restaurants, playground, and a drive in cinema in the greenery fields of Mazandaran. The hotel with an area of 3300 m2 consists of 28 1,2, and 3 bedroom suites distributed on 5 stories. The shopping center is a two storey building with an area of 3200 m2. The office area is approximately 600 m2 and facilitates administrative management. This site will be open to vvpublic in January 2012 upon its completion.
