This statement is +ustified, ythefact that, inrelationtothementioned%rocesses, %lastic deformation can lead to a num,er of technical and economic advantages. To solve sometechnological %ro,lems of lo* rigidity %arts %rocessing and +oining of these %arts *ithout using traditionalmethodologies, %rocesses have emerged or have ,een develo%ed that are considered unconventional. Thesearenot intendedtore%laceclassicmethodsof cold%lasticdeformation, ,ut onlytocom%lement them.Currently, high and very high s%eed deformation %rocesses have ,een )no*n to %roduce good results, suchas mechanical %neumatic, e-%losion, electro.hydraulic or electromagnetic %rocesses /01, /21. Among these, deformation through the use of an electromagnetic field has a high ran) in the attention of researchers. Thee-%erimental researches *ere carried out on three materials& aluminium, ,rass and co%%er. 3e %resent theinfluence of in%ut %arameters on %rofiles o,tained through magnetic sha%ing,, the relative elongation of thematerial during dra*ing o%erations 4truncated cone sha%e56 the influence on the relative elongation of thematerial during dra*ing o%erations 4cylindrical sha%e56 the influence on thic)ness variation during dra*ingo%erations 4truncated cone sha%e56 on com%onent thic)ness variation during dra*ing o%erations 4cylindricalsha%e5 during ,loc) sha%ing o%erations. Thus, the energy has a direct influence on the relative elongation of,rass *hen it is deformed at high s%eed, *hileand g factors have an influence of only 2!7 of the energy8sinfluence. In terms of the analysis of the factor8s effects on the com%onent thic)ness deviation, it8s indicatedan increase in the influence of the com%onent thic)ness as relative elongation ta)es into account materialdis%lacement in the surface %lane *hich ,ecomes deformed and also thic)ness variation due to movementsof material. Thisoccursina%er%endicular %lane. 9ther*isee-%ressed, increasingthethic)nessof thedeformed sheet there also is an increase in the volume of material moving in this direction.INTRODUCTION:lectromagnetic %rocessing is a high.s%eed technology that uses magnetic field %ulse.
