Three steps of Communication

Thought: A concept, idea, information, or feeling

Encoding: Words or other symbols.

Decoding Translates the words or symbols

Users can upload, share, view videos

Gmail:

Provided by Google in 2007 to public

Google video and voice chat: Allow users to make free calls from their Gmail account

Google wallet: Allow users to send money as email attachment to people having bank account or Google wallet account

Google hangout: launched on may 2013 allow users to send instant messages and video chat

It also allow users to hold conversation b/w two or more people

Hoot suite:

It is a social media mgt system for brand mgt created in 2008

It helps the users to integrate the face book, twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, MySpace, vimeo and word press.

Has over 7 million users

the use of technology.
