COMPANY INFORMATION
DELINEACIÓN DE ESTRUCTURAS, (SMLLC), (D.E. for abbreviation), is a Spanish firm, dedicated to the structural engineering design, and has a wide range of local, national and international clients.
D.E.´s activity, includes all phases of structural engineering, from taking part in
the design process, to the forming of construction and working projects, plans for the manufacturing and dismantling of the materials to be used, as well as the repair and demolition of structures.
D.E. bases its work on excellence and quality and is a benchmark nationally for
its expertise, team-oriented environment and the continuous training of its workers, as well as for the investment in new technologies.
Initiating its activity in January 2007, since it was established, the firm has
participated in more than 400 projects (local or international). After having participated in projects in more 25 countries, now among the main
clients of D.E. are major national and international engineering and construction companies. On the moment more than 50% of the current projects undertaken are international.
D.E. employs more than 15 people, employees are really important for achieving
firm´s goals. They are characterized by their high level of technical skills, expertise and training. Each project is assigned to the ones that their training and experience matches our client´s standards.

D.E. since it was established is focused on providing specialized, more economic and optimized, based on excellence technical services.
With a client focused policy, continuous improvements and adaptability, we are building lasting relationships with them, based on trust.
A team-oriented environment is essential for the way we provide our services, so we invest a lot of our time in project analysis and resources management in order to be more effective and thus offering high quality services.
With a strict client focused policy, we aim to keep our clients satisfied. That´s why we invest in technology and the constant training of our staff.
- OUR TEAM.
In D.E. we are convinced that the success and quality of our work, lies in team working. For more effective way of accomplishing our mission, tasks and activities are divided within different roles in the project team. Each member of our team has its area of specialization and the tasks are allocated according to it, while at the same time we stay close to clients. In the end, all the above is reflected on the result of our work.
D.E. provides continuous training to its employees, this way we have high technical skilled staff. Furthermore, we can undertake project in various languages (Spanish, English, German, French, Portuguese, etc.).

D.E. has its headquarters in the center of Madrid (12 Arroyo de la Elipa St.). With a floor area of 250 m² and all the essential facilities for the proper. CIVIL WORKS department can undertake various types of projects:

In D.E., we create / make the drawings and produce all the information necessary to carry out a project according to the client´s standards. From the conceptual and the base design to the working project or plans for the manufacturing and dismantling of the materials to be used, as well as drawings for the repair and demolition of structures.
In D.E., we invest a lot of time in the research of new technologies/methods/software. We develop projects with CAD and / or BIM according to each project requirements and we can make 3D models using the latest technology, for metal, concrete and prestressed concrete structures.
- BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
Building Department is responsible for the implementation of structure projects.
Here, we undertake the following types of projects:
- Industrial buildings - Infrastructure buildings - Singular surface covers - Sports facilities, stadiums, sports centers - Single family dwellings or multi-family dwellings - Singular, medium or large scale buildings - Enclosed and open- air parking - Support Structures (towers, stairs, walkways, etc..)
Various Materials:
- Reinforced concrete - Prestressed Concrete and / or Post Tensioning, Prefabricated and In Situ - Metallic materials - Mixed materials - Wood
Project Types:
- Call for bids, invitation to tender (ITT) - Base design - Working project - Building renovation - Research and development, R&D, Load tests - Variety of construction projects
In D.E., we create / make the drawings and produce all the information necessary to carry out a project according to the client´s standards. From the conceptual and the base design to the working project or plans for the manufacturing and dismantling of the materials to be used, as well as drawings for the repair and demolition of structures.
In D.E. we invest a lot of time in the research of new technologies / software. We
develop a project using CAD and / or BIM according to the project´s standards, making 3D models by using latest technology software, both for metal structures and reinforced / prestressed concrete structures.
- STEEL DETAILING.
Detailed Metal department undertakes various types of metal structure projects:
- Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, etc - Oil platforms - Cement Factory - Plants - Civil structures - Stairs and Railings - Bridges - Footbridges - platforms - Metallic closures - Wooden and aluminium structures
Various materials:
- Steel - Aluminium - Concrete - Wood
In this department, we process all project data, using BIM (Building Information Modeling) analysis, in order to produce a single model with all the information necessary to conduct a project. We provide/produce all information necessary to develop a project, like the list of materials to be used, drawings for the fabrication and the assembly of each piece of a structure, etc. Furthermore, we provide the same information for finishing works, closures, slabs, panels, cladding tiles, cover plates, gutters, drainage systems, or for any other parts of a structure.
The services of this department are provided by qualified technicians using latest technology software (TEKLASTRUCTURES). We also use CAD 3D, PDMS or SDNF in order to verify the data and to make sure that there are no geometric conflicts, and thus offer you a high standard, detailed structure model.
- OUTSOURCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES.
D.E. provides high quality services, suiting each client. If needed, we can have our best trained staff at your office or anywhere else needed according to the project requirements.
In the same way, in D.E. we organize work teams to carry out a client´s department or for specific projects. Each work team has a project manager who coordinates it, co-working with the people designated by the client firm, for a more effective collaboration.
In D.E. there are people who are exclusively dedicated to this department with high qualifications and experience in Human Resources and Design, in order to respond to market´s demands, we are currently conducting Technical Assistance services with 5 clients, and the results are really satisfactory.
