Credibility in the workplace is golden! It is one of the reflections

of leadership! you cannot be a leader or sustain your leadership

influence without credibility!

1. Work with the sense of “accountability”; first to God and then to your employer.

2. Work to beat the required “expectation” of your employer; go beyond the mark!

3. Work to compete with your potential; becoming your best in your profession or business or ministry!

4. Work beyond “self-imposed” limitation such as: looking for whom to blame, giving excuses etc.
