Italian qualification system is very flexibleEven too flexibleYou can be a cook: Attending a five years secondary school Attending a vocational training course Simply working as a cook!

You have three ways to be trained: Education system Vocational training system Training on the job

Therefore the Italian workers need a lot of continuous training to enhance their role and Italian firms must deliver training to be successful

According to European and Italian rules every worker has to attend to some compulsory training: Start up training Safety at work HACCP First aid Fire prevention Privacy…and so on according to the role
