Amgen Dun Laoghaire is a 37,000m² aseptic operations facility, specialising in secondary manufacturing activities: formaulation, filling and lyophilisation of syringe and vial products.

Asgard completed the design and installation of this modern day laboratory. It comprises a fully glazed wall system complete with glazed doors to provide a high spec eye catching finish to the concept.

Ceilings – 525m² of lay-in metal tile & grid system.

Partitions – 275m² of glazed partition systems incorporating a cleanroom head panel & connection mullion on all sides of the glazing. A 50 mm metal faced fully flush panelling system was also used to construct specific rooms internally.

Doorsets – 2 nr fully glazed double door sets & 1 nr glazed emergency escape door.

Furniture – Design, supply and installation of stainless steel furniture & hand wash/dryer units.

Flooring – 525m² of Tarkett IQ Toro SC antistatic flooring in various colours.

Other items – Supply & install free standing emergency safety.
