INTRODUCTIONThe sweetest of all sounds is that the voice of the woman we love .
In 21 ultra modern century we ,better say this brute's like to listen the harsh of it.
We are proud to say that, number of rape is increased by 70% in 36 years in India.
But legal system is sleeping and so they fail to provide them security.
Many forces came into light to protect woman from sexual
harassment while Government organizations just do it on paper.
Protection against women’s harassment such as in IPC ( Indian penal code)

Sec 294 deals with obscene acts and
songs at public place.
sec 354 deals assault or criminal force
against women.
Sec 510 deals with uttering words or
making gestures which outrages a
women’ s modesty.
We can say that there is no strong legislative against
sexual harassment in the workplace . A number of bills
have been drafted but there is still confusion on what bill
would serve the purpose better .
Suggestions to change the bill:

members of the complaint committee.
To modify sec 11 and sec 12

the society .
