Open Enrollment
1. If you are interested in a program not offered at your home school you must complete the online "Open Enrollment" application.
2. Open enrollment forms are available on the DUSD homepage at www.dysart.org.
3. If you attend another HS other than your home school, you will likely need to provide your own transportation to and from school. Limited transportation may be available. Applications for bus passes will be available after successful completion of enrollment.

Carefully choose your electives, indicating them from 1-4. Write in the course # and name.
Return signed Course Selection Form to your elementary teacher the week of January 26th.

Every effort will be made to schedule your elective choices by your order of listed preference using the 1-4 system.
Scheduling changes will ONLY be made for academic reasons.
Elective choices will not be changed after you turn in your form. High school schedules are built on elective choices.
